Delivery Time

Orders arrival should take place from next day delivery to 20 working days depending on the shipping delivery method and the destination of the buyer after we have received payment. Upon stock availability, orders are dispatched within approximately 24 hours.

Spikafit Ltd. ( is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery and does not have any control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

Lost Or Damaged Items

You understand and agree that Spikafit Ltd. (, shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Spikafit Ltd. (, will provide you with the tracking number and the relevant contact information for the shipping company. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

Import Tax

When ordering goods from Spikafit Ltd. ( for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. Spikafit Ltd. (, is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Spikafit Ltd. (, cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Payment Methods

Purchases made through the Spikafit Ltd. ( online store, are secured through trusted internet payment processing company JCC Smart. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by JCC Smart secure connections. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited.

Refunds & Exchanges

Spikafit Ltd. ( will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. Any goods received before use that is faulty in relation to materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our expense. Materials and workmanship faults must be reported to Spikafit Ltd. ( within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for repair or replacement. Damage of goods as a result of wear and tear, incorrect sizing, or incorrect usage is not reason for repair or replacement. Ordering of incorrect sizing by the customer will see the exact item replaced with the same item in the required size as long as the customer pays for the return and replacement freight and the original item is returned in the same condition as supplied. Refunds do not apply as a result of a customer changing their mind after purchasing. Customers ordering training equipment for commercial purposes that are not deemed commercial grade goods must realize such goods damage through wear and tear in a commercial setting will not be replaced. If we Spikafit Ltd. ( supply the wrong size or type of goods, we will pay for return and replacement freight. If the customer places an incorrect order and the goods are subject to replacement, he must pay the return and replacement freight. Every enquiry in relation to return and replacement will be given individual consideration.

Both the returned item(s) and the packaging have to be in unused. If the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise.

Cancellation of orders: If an in stock/activated order is cancelled before it has been sent out, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 5 euro.
An order that has already been shipped, cannot be cancelled. A full payment should be made.


We try our best to keep our e-shop as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are NOT available in desired sizing and/or sold out. Spikafit Ltd. ( will try to inform you as soon as possible, when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.
